The Importance of including Omega-3 Fish Oil In Your Diet

·         If you do not like fish taste in your mouth, you can always use the omega-3 supplements to ensure that you still enjoy the same benefits.
·         You should not exceed your intake of omega-3 to more than 3 grams in a single day, for an adult. Alternatively, you should consult with your nutritionist on the correct amount to take especially if you have a heart condition.
·         Vomiting, loose stools and stomach irritation can be associated with your intake of omega-3 fish oils.
